The CHroniCle NJ October 2016

"It is great to see change and growth."
Michael Rice spoke with CHCNJ Associate Executive Director, Paul Kucinski, about his experiences at CHCNJ
Michael: How does it feel to be the Associate Executive Director of CHCNJ?
Paul: Throughout my career, I have had the role of "second in command" in various jobs. I appreciate being in a supporting role. I have to assume similar types of responsibilities and leadership, but I also need to support the person in charge. It is very rewarding.
Michael: Do you enjoy working with everyone at CHCNJ?
Paul: I have been in the field a long time, and the reason I have stayed is for the individuals we serve. Second to that are the staff, who are all incredible people. I enjoy assisyting them to work with our individuals to the best of their ability
Michael: Do you see any changes to our houses in the future...
