Michael Rice spoke with CHCNJ Associate Executive Director, Paul Kucinski, about his  experiences at CHCNJ

Michael: How does it feel to be the Associate Executive Director of CHCNJ?
Paul:  Throughout my career, I have had the role of "second in command" in various jobs.  I appreciate being in a supporting role.  I have to assume similar types of responsibilities and  leadership, but I also need to support the person in charge. It is very rewarding.

Michael: Do you enjoy working with everyone at CHCNJ?
Paul:  I have been in the field a long time, and the reason I have stayed is for the individuals we serve.  Second to that are the staff, who are all incredible people.  I enjoy assisyting them to work with our individuals to the best of their ability

Michael: Do you see any changes to our houses in the future...
