DDD Waiting List Center for Humanistic Change of New Jersey, Inc.

"The Department of Human Services' Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) maintains the Community Care Waiver Waiting List and is making an effort to provide an annual update to all individuals who are in the "Priority Category" of the Waiting List regarding their status."

Please contact your DDD case manager if you have any questions related to the "Waiting List".
